UP govt presents budget of Rs 5,50,270 Cr

The first paperless budget presented by state finance minister Suresh Khanna today in the state assembly was also the first paperless budget of any state in the country. AIR correspondent reports that while presenting the budget state finance minister Suresh Khanna said that this budget is for the holistic and inclusive development of all sections of the society with the moto of Atmnirbhar Uttar Pradesh.
State Finance minister Suresh Khanna said that the budget of the government is focused on four sectors infrastructure development, public health, human resource development and agriculture primarily. Fiscal deficit of the state budget is 90721 crores rupees.
