The last refuge

It is interesting that almost all Hindi TV serials have a couple of menacing ghosts, or nagins or evil spirits who have the power to become human beings or enter into someone’s body and play havoc. The general purpose of these characters, chudails, with supernatural powers is to kill someone they loved in previous life and then take the old love in their world. We believe in such fantasies or not, one thing is sure by extending the run of the episode, all those connect with it laugh all the way to their banks.
