Sunny In A Reality Show Once Again

After Raginni MMS 2’s great success, adult film actress-turned-Bollywood-heroine Sunny Leone has again decided to return to the small screen as the host of a popular reality show .She was earlier a contestant on Bigg Boss 5. She will step into the shoes of Sherlyn Chopra in the upcoming (seventh) season of MTV Splitsvilla. The show will go on floors by the end of this year. Sunny has been in talks for this show since the last six months. The deal was finally signed recently. Sunny is yet to allot her dates for the show as she is also juggling a few film offers and is required to give ample dates at length for the shoot of this show. The show is the Indian adaptation of the American format, Flavor Of Love.

Emraan As Raja Natwarlal

An Amitabh Bachchan fan, Emraan Hashmi’s favourite Big B film is Mr Natwarlal. Now it is learnt that he is donning cap of a conman in his next flick called Raja Natwarlal, which has many twists, turns and several cons that eventually lead to a big one. His character is based on a real-life conman, who pulled off notorious heists and duped people of crores of rupees, by disguising himself. The film was originally titled as Shatir but was changed at the actor’s insistence. Emraan is paired with Humaima Malick, who debuts in Bollywood with this film. warlal, produced by UTV Motion Pictures, will release on August 29.

Bhojpuri For ‘Thalaivar’

Superstar Rajinikanth-starrer Tamil film Kochadaiiyaan, which is slated to release worldwide May 9, will release in Bhojpuri as well, besides in five other languages. The film has been cleared with a ‘U’ certificate in Bhojpuri. It will also have a simultaneous release on May 9. Kochadaiiyaan, which is directed by Soundarya Rajinikanth Ashwin, will also release in Hindi, Telugu and foreign languages such as Spanish and French. Touted to be the country’s first motion capture photo-realistic 3D animated film, Kochadaiiyaan also features Deepika Padukone, Jackie Shroff, R. Sarath Kumar, Aadi Pinisetty, Shobana and Rukmini in important roles. The film is jointly produced by Media One Global Entertainment and Eros International.

Second Innings With A Double

After making a cool comeback with English Vinglish two years ago, Sridevi is surging ahead in her second innings in Bollywood . The actress has now signed not one but two films. According to a report in Mumbai Mirror the actress will first start shooting in September for a Tamil film produced by Shebu and Selvaraj. Buzz is, Kamal Haasan’s daughter Shruti Haasan and South star Vijay will also feature in it. Set in Chennai it is a fantasy flick with Sridevi in a major role. Next in line is a women oriented subject in Hindi helmed by Ravi Udyawar (of RU Films), a renowned Southern ad filmmaker. This film which will be shot in Delhi will go on floors in October and will be produced by her husband Boney Kapoor. The story revolves around an independent, married woman. The movie is a trilingual and will be made in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.
