Strong earthquake tremors were felt in Delhi
New Delhi: Due to the earthquake that occurred in Nepal around 2.30 pm on Tuesday, January 24, its effect was seen to a large extent in the areas of Delhi and Delhi NCR. Let us inform that the intensity of this Nepal centered earthquake was around 5.4.According to the latest information received so far, the depth of the earthquake was 10 km below the ground. Earthquake tremors were felt in Delhi-NCR at 2.30 pm and people are sharing videos of fans and household items shaking after the quake. So far no damage has been reported from the earthquake.

Giving information about the earthquake, the National Center for Seismology (NCS) said, “An earthquake measuring 5.8 on the Richter scale hit Nepal at 2:28 pm today.” The epicenter of the earthquake was in Nepal, 148 km east of Pithoragarh in Uttarakhand.
