Sonakshi to be part of Dabangg 3

Few days back there were rumours doing the rounds that Sonakshi will be replaced with someone else in Dabangg series but here’s some good news for the fans of the blockbuster Dabangg franchise and people who have been waiting to see Salman Khan and Sonakshi Sinha together once again on the 70MM screen. Salman and Sonakshi will be reuniting on the big screen for the third time! The two stars will feature in Dabangg 3, the third installment of their hit franchise. In an exclusive chit-chat with Times of India, producer-director Arbaaz Khan confirmed the same, but hinted at a possibility of another heroine in the film.

Arbaaz said, “Sonakshi is going to be a part of Dabangg 3, in what capacity that is to be seen when the script is ready. But there might also be a possibility of another heroine in the film.” Rumours were rife that the Akira star was being replaced by Parineeti Chopra, but those rumours can now be laid to rest. It is also learnt that the film will go on floors mid-2017.
