Situation uncontrollable at Kubeshwar Dham; More than 2000 people reached the hospital

The situation has become uncontrollable at Kubeshwar Dham (Kubereshwar Mahadev) located in Sehore district of Madhya Pradesh. The administration has also succumbed to the growing crowd. It is being said that enough arrangements for shade have not been made here for the devotees. Owing to standing in the sun for 10-10 hours, people are now fainting due to dizziness. About 2000 people have been admitted for treatment at the district hospital including the primary health centre.

There is a jam on the Bhopal-Sehore highway, the capital of Madhya Pradesh. A large number of devotees and hundreds of motorists were stuck in the jam, about seven kilometers long. The Rudraksh festival has started from Thursday at Kubereshwar Dham of storyteller Pandit Pradeep Mishra. Thousands of devotees are reaching there for this. Due to the crowd of devotees, there has been a situation of jam on the highway.

Rudraksh distribution programme has started in Kubereshwar Dham of Pandit Pradeep Mishra. Shiv Puran Katha is also happening in Dham. A crowd of devotees has gathered to participate in it. Due to this, there has been a jam of about seven kilometers on the Bhopal-Indore highway near Sehore.

Lakhs of people have reached Kubereshwar Dham to participate in the Rudraksha festival. There is a long jam from Kubereshwar Dham to Chaupal Sagar towards Bhopal. Even after the jam, the process of coming of devotees continues. People from both Bhopal and Indore are continuously reaching Kubereshwar Dham.

Thousands of vehicles have started reaching Kubereshwar Dham together since Thursday morning for the seven-day Shiva Mahapuran Katha and Rudraksh distribution programme. Parking for vehicles has been made at five places in 70 acres, but it was filled within a few hours. After this, people started parking vehicles on the roads of rural areas including the highway. Despite the ban on the entry of large vehicles, they came inside. Due to this, the situation started deteriorating from 6 in the morning itself. The arrangements of the organising committee and administration collapsed. When the situation started deteriorating, the entry of vehicles was stopped from Soyachoupal near Sehore and near Sonda. After this the devotees started going to Kubereshwar Dham on foot.
