Rishabh Pant injured in road accident, condition stable
Team India’s wicketkeeper Rishabh Pant has been injured in a road accident. His car met with an accident on the Delhi-Dehradun highway in the early hours of Friday. Pant narrowly survived in this horrific accident. This incident happened with Pant when he was going to his home in Roorkee. He was alone in the car. It is being said that this accident happened due to napping, while driving. Recently, Pant was not included in the Indian team selected for the home T20 and ODI series against Sri Lanka.
He is undergoing treatment at a hospital in Dehradun. Pant was alone in the car. After the accident, his car was completely burnt. To save his life, Pant came out himself by breaking the window. He was going from Delhi to his home in Roorkee. After the accident, he has been admitted to a private hospital in Dehradun.
At Max Hospital, a team of doctors, including orthopedic surgeons, plastic surgeons, physicians, is engaged in his treatment. Some important investigations are being conducted. Medical Superintendent Dr. Ashish Yagnik has given information about Indian cricketer Rishabh Pant. He has said that he does not see any serious injury from outside.
It has been said by the BCCI that Rishabh Pant has two cuts on his forehead, torn ligament in his right knee and also has injuries to his right wrist, ankle, toe and abrasion on his back. Rishabh’s condition remains stable. He is undergoing treatment at Max Hospital, Dehradun.
The BCCI is in constant touch with Rishabh’s family, while the medical team is in constant touch with the doctors treating Rishabh. The Board secretary Jay Shah said the Board will see to it that Rishabh gets the best possible medical care and gets all possible help so as to come out of this painful phase.
Meanwhile, after cricketer Rishabh Pant was injured in a vehicle accident in the morning, Chief Minister of Uttarakhand Pushkar Singh Dhami talked to Rishabh Pant’s mother on the phone and inquired about Rishabh’s well-being. He has assured all possible help at the government level for his speedy recovery and treatment.
SSP Haridwar Ajay Singh has given official information on Rishabh Pant’s car accident. He told the police that this accident happened at 5.22 in the morning. Pant’s car overturned after hitting the divider. A Haryana Roadways bus was on its way, its conductor helped and informed us.
