PM Modi congratulates newly sworn Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has congratulated Bhagwant Mann on taking oath as Punjab Chief Minister. In a tweet, Mr Modi assured that the centre will work together with the state government for the growth of Punjab and welfare of the its people.
