Manipur Chief Minister N. Biren Singh had announced to provide Rs. 2000 each to those Manipuri who are stranded outside due to the nationwide lockdown. Manipur Chief Minister’s Secretariat decided the step to transfer the amount to bank account of the selected person and appeal those who has been stranded due to lockdown to contact the Secretariat or visit www.tengbang.in, a website launched especially for COVID-19 by the State government.
In a tweet of Shri Biren, he said that the financial assistance of Rs. 2000 from CM’ Relief Fund will be transferred to the bank account of each person who are stranded outside the State due to lockdown. Request for financial assistance has started to receive to State government.
