IPL Auction for 2023: Sam Curran creates history
Sam Curran of England has created history. Sam Curran has been bought by Punjab Kings for Rs 18.50 crore. With this, Sam Curran has become the most expensive player in the IPL auction. Curran broke Morris’s record. Following him, Cameron Green of Australia was added to their team by Mumbai Indians for Rs 17.50 crore. At the same time, Chennai Super Kings paid Rs 16.25 crore for Ben Stokes.
English batsman Harry Brook was also seen in the opening set of the auction. Brook was bought by Sunrisers Hyderabad for Rs 13.25 crore. Along with this, Mayank Agarwal also won the lottery. Sunrisers have added Mayank with them for a price of Rs 8.25 crores.
