IPL 2020: Mumbai Indians beat Kings XI Punjab

In  IPL Cricket, defending champions Mumbai Indians outplayed Kings XI Punjab to register a victory by 48 runs at Abu Dhabi last night.

Put in to bat, Mumbai Indians’ skipper Rohit Sharma smashed a 45-ball 70. Sharma’s blitzkrieg followed by Kieron Pollard (47 not out) and Hardik Pandya (30 not out) helped Mumbai Indians post a massive total of 191 runs for 4.

Chasing a target of 192 runs, Kings XI Punjab could manage just 143 runs for the loss of 8 wickets in 20 overs. Nicholas Pooran with his 44 runs was the top-scorer for Kings XI Punjab.
