India’s overall exports in last month estimated to be USD 51.79 billion
India’s overall exports including merchandise and services in the last month are estimated to be USD 51.79 billion exhibiting a positive growth of 93.21 per cent over the same period last year.
The Commerce and Industry Ministry has said that Gems and Jewellery, handicraft items, leather products, electronics and engineering goods among others registered a positive growth in export last month. It said, India’s export performance continued to be impressive in last month with merchandise exports accelerating by an impressive 195.72 per cent over the same period last year. The Ministry informed that overall imports in last month are estimated to be USD 58.72 billion exhibiting a growth of over 122 per cent over the same period last year.
