Ensure Everyone’s Survival
The weaker sections of the society should be taken care of. We should organise such a society that is strong because it is the duty of the strong to ensure everyone’s survival. It is the duty of the strong to protect the weak. The principle of unity of the society is our culture, devotion to our motherland, our ancestral tradition and this is called Hindutva. These are the remarks of RSS Sarsanghchalak at the Third Year SanghSikshaVarga of RashtriyaSwayamsevakSangh which concluded at Reshimbagh, Nagpur, on December 08, 2022.
On this occasion, Sarsanghchalak Dr Mohan Bhagwat again laid emphasis on the fact that the entire world is looking to Bharat for guidance. And this is substantiated by the fact that Bharat attained chairmanship of G20, which is no mean achievement. The work of the Sangh is important in enriching India and making it ‘Vishwaguru’. He asked swayamsevaks to shine and excel in their respective fields and be role models for the people there. What is our national character — to teach maintaining balance to the whole world because the whole world is one and we will have a relation of love with the whole world.
Explaining who Hindu is, Dr Bhagwat said those who accept Bharat as their own, those who have devotion for Bharat, those who walk within the rituals of that culture, which gives the introduction of this kind of unity, and those who are infused with this culture are Hindus. The one who follows the ancestors who shed blood for samvardhan of this culture, keeping in mind their pride, is a Hindu, no matter what language he speaks, no matter what form of worship he adopts or does not adopt, no matter what costume he wears, no matter in what religion and caste he is born.
