Cruel & Unjust!
AMERICA is a Christian country, and Americans so assert in multiple ways. Firstly Evangelism is Big American Business, which pours millions of dollars into secular India to buy heathen Hindu souls. Secondly it has devout preachers, one of whom had proclaimed in the presence of a state governor that those who do not believe in Christ “are on the way to hell with a one-way ticket”. And thirdly, when some Americans started to talk a little too much about President Barack Obama’s Islamic antecedents, he got himself photographed on the steps of a church. This being so, Satiricus was not surprised to recently read in the papers that a judge in the state of Florida has allowed the distribution of religions pamphlets among school children. But he also ruled that atheists too could do it. And what happened? A cult called the Satanic Temple has brought out a publication called The Satanic Children’s Big Book of Activities for the same children. Well, now, what do you know? Not being a follower either of Christ or of Anti-Christ, Satiricus did not know what “Satanic Activities” are required for children to learn Satanism. So in his search of enlightenment on this sacred subject this Hindu ignoramus humbly turned to the dons of the dictionary, and they eruditely explained that Satanism means “the worship of Satan in a travesty of Christian forms”, “the pursuit of evil”, and “deliberate wickedness”. What can this stunned simpleton say to that? He can only quote a former US president who said, “the Christian god is cruel and unjust”—and then ask, why teach the same religion with two different names?
