Bihar: COVID-19 cases rises to 6,096

In Bihar, number of positive cases of Corona virus infection has mounted to 6,096. Out of these, 3,316 patients have recovered and discharged from hospitals while 2,743 are undergoing treatment. The virus has so far claimed lives of 35 people in the state.

Altogether, seven CRPF personnel deployed in Aurangabad district of the state in anti-Maoist operations tested positive. This is the first instance of paramilitary personnel getting infected by the virus in the state. All the seven belongs to 153rd batallion of CRPF.
