Amitabh– The Rapper

Amitabh Bachchan defies his age in every way. The 71-year-old superstar has now slipped into the grungy robes of a rapper for his new film Bhoothnath Returns. Big B has just finished shooting for a rap number with popular musician Yo Yo Honey Singh for the film. The song is being hyped as a high point for the spooky comedy, a sequel to the 2008 film Bhoothnath. Snapshots of the song that the megastar put up on a social networking site show him shooting for the song at a palace-like set adorned in gold and black, with candles and chandeliers in the background.

Yo Yo For Ranbir

According to a report in Mumbai Mirror, Yo Yo Honey Singh will croon for Ranbir Kapoor, in his next outing Roy. Earlier, Amitabh Bachchan finished shooting with Singh for a song in sequel of Bhoothnath at Aayush Resort near Panvel. And now, Singh is all set to lend his voice to Ranbir Kapoor in Vikramaditya Singh’s Roy. Currently, the rapper is in Durban for private show, and once he returns, he will do the song. However Honey Singh, on a social netwarking site, has denied that he is doing the song for Roy.

Ranbir and Singh first met at Delhi’s Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium during the shooting of Besharam and got along very well and now they are best of friends.

Big B’s Nod For Abbas-Mastan

Abbas-Mastan, known for their racy thrillers, has finally got a nod from Amitabh Bachchan. The directors have convinced Big B to feature in their upcoming thriller, which will have an ensemble cast. While the talks have it that the director duo will take their Race franchise forward, their next will be a dark murder mystery, with Bachchan in the lead. Big B will be playing a positive character in the film, with many children, and a murder draws him into an intriguing mystery. Apart from Big B, the film will have four more actors – two male and two female, for which the casting will be done soon.

Tamannah For Aashiqui 2 In Telugu

South siren Tamannaah has been roped in for the Telugu remake of Aashiqui 2. She will be portraying the role of Arohi – a role played by Shraddha Kapoor in the Hindi original. Sachin Joshi has baaged the rights for the Telugu remake of the film. He will be playing the role played by Aditya Roy Kapoor in the original. Tamannaah had made her debut in Bollywood through Himmatwaala, directed by Sajid Khan.
