Mystery Behind Iphone 6
The internet is replete with the news of the Apple’s new mysterious flagship. But what will be the final outcome? It is still a mystery
Apple is all set to launch its latest edition of its smartphone this year and the news about its specifications has spread like a wildfire. Every day we are provided with glimpses into what the next flagship will look like, and with pre-order of the phone has just made the fans go crazy. The official Brikk site lists the yet-to-be-announced iPhone 6 in Black and White colour variants for the seams, different precious metals for the body, and choice of a diamond-covered or plain Apple logo. With all the breath-taking leaks and awestrucking news, here are glimpses into the features of this phone.
If we go with the rumours, Apple will go for larger screens—as the desire for a bigger iPhone exists within both current and potential owners. Apple is planning to launch its new variant in two sizes—4.7 and 5.5-inch. Reports suggest that the both sizes will have a higher resolution than its predecessor iPhone 5s. There are rumours that the company will go with sapphire screen but it is still in doubts.
Technical Specifications and DesignComing to the technical specification, Apple is looking for a more powerful and efficient processor. According to a report, the device will include a 20 nanometre quad-core 64-bit A8 processor, which will give a boost to the battery life and will fasten-up the system. Apple is thinking to increase the space in both of its versions. The 4.7-inch and 5.5-inch versions will have 64GBs and 128GBs respectively. Leaked images show the latest edition will be the slimmest one.
The leaked images show a cut-out of the Apple logo on the back panel, which could indicate a reserved NFC or wireless charging being embedded into the logo. There are reports which show that the logo will light just like its MacBook. It is also said the iPhone 6 will feature dimensions of 130 x 65 x 7mm, weighing in at 113g.
Talking about features, iPhone 6 will run on IO8, which Apple announced at its worldwide developers conference in June. It will also feature an automatic unloack feature similar to the Android L. Apple is also introducing location-based security through which your iPhone will detect when you’re at the home or at the office and not require a passcode. Camera will likely to see an improvement in the new device. It is being speculated that the iPhone 6 will come with a 10-megapixel camera with an f/2.0 aperture and it may use Electronic Image Stabilisation (EIS), which should prevent images from blurring. iPhone 6 is being rumoured to be launched in October and till then the mystery about the phone will continue.
