The research for alternative cure and treatment has been going on for many years. While many claim they have come up with effective ways to treat the disease, very little seriousness is put towards these claims by mainstream medicine.
It is also important to realise that many claims are made about alternate cure that may not truly work or work in every case. Every individual may respond differently to different treatments. Since many cases of cancer are unique, it is important not to generalise treatment methods. No alternate therapy can be tagged as’ the best medicine’ for a certain type or stage of cancer. One has to try to understand if it works for him or her.
It is possible to try more than one alternative therapy at a time. However, in case of ayurvedic or homeopathic treatments, it is important to consult the doctor concerned before doing so.
