No Human Rights For Anti-Nationals
The anti-national industry of NGOs, Maoists supporting Christian missionaries and Jihadi supporters are making a big hue and cry over the life sentence awarded to Binayak Sen for hobnobbing with the Naxals and Maoists. Binayak Sen was not sent to jail for life, just like that. He was awarded the sentence after almost two years of open and fair trial in the court of Law. Even now he can approach the higher judiciary to extend the trial and prove his “innocence”.
If at all a qualified Doctor genuinely wants to serve the poor and downtrodden, he can always join one of the many seva organisations, which truly serve the poverty-stricken poor and innocents. He can always go to rural villages, where poor children suffer from malnourishment and take care of them. He can also visit coastal hamlets and tribal villages under the government schemes and serve the poor “legally”. Even in urban areas and cities, there are a lot of poor people in need of healthcare. After all there is no dearth for poverty, malnourishment and ill-health in India, thanks to more than five decades of Congress rule!
One need not necessarily shunt between jails and forests to serve the so-called poor and that too when one knows pretty well that those ‘poor’, who handle and operate the latest modern weapons, are waging war against the nation. Such a person who masquerades-wallah as a civil liberty and human rights can only be dubious with devious intention. Just because one heads an organisation one cannot either take the law for granted or violate it with contempt.
PUCL (People’s Union for Civil Liberties) is like INC (Indian National Congress). That is, the present Indian National Congress is not the old INC, which fought for the Freedom of India. The Indian National Congress degenerated into Indian Nehru Congress, and then Indira Nehru Congress and now it is corrupted into Italian National Congress.
Similarly, the PUCLDR (People’s Union for Civil Liberties and Democratic Rights), which was founded by great people like Jayaprakash Narayan and Acharya Kripalani, has deteriorated into PUCL. In fact eminent people like NA Palkivhala, Arun Shourie, Cho Ramaswamy and many others were in the National Executive of PUCL at one point of time, in the early eighties. But the moment dubious characters entered the organisation and it deviated from its said principles, those eminent people left it. But the PUCL website still carries their names in the “History” section with the sole intention of gaining credibility.
Since then the PUCL has been actively colluding with anti-national forces, which fight against the state. Interestingly most of the office-bearers and members of the organisation are from the legal fraternity, which gives them the audaciousness to violate the law with impunity. For example in Tamil Nadu, a few lawyers are members of CPI-ML. Reliable sources said that some of those involved in the February 17 and 19, 2009 violence in Madras High Court belong to such extremist organisations. Referring to police sources, Chennai-based media have said that many FIRs have been pending on such lawyers and no action could be taken due to their political connections. Some of them are believed to act as conduits for corrupt Judges.
It is enough to recall some of the recent happenings to understand how dangerous this organisation PUCL is.
On May 2, 2009, more than 300 cadres belonging to Marumalarchi Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (MDMK), Periyar Dravidar Kazhagam (PDK), Tamil-chauvinist and pro-LTTE outfits like Tamil Desiya Iyakkam (Tamil Nationalist Movement TNM) and Thamizhaga Ilaignar Iyakkam (Tamil Nadu Youth Movement TYM) and People’s Union for Civil Liberties (PUCL) attacked an Army convoy on Nilambur bypass road in Coimbatore. Around 300 army personnel were returning from Hyderabad after completing their three-month training to their headquarters at Madukkarai, Coimbatore. Coimbatore police arrested 18 cadres belonging to MDMK, PDK and PUCL and registered cases against them under Sections 147 (unlawful assembly), 148 (unlawful assembly with deadly weapons), 324 (causing grievous hurt) and 294 (b) (using obscene language) of IPC. The Sulur Police registered cases against 250 persons, including Ramakrishnan, general secretary of PDK, Ponchandran of PUCL, and Sivapriyan of Tamil Nationalist Movement.
Besides the pro-LTTE and Tamil-chauvinist elements, the involvement of PUCL members gave a different dimension to the issue. The Chennai edition of The Times of India (May 4, 2009) reported that PUCL members were involved in the attack. In the past two decades, PUCL is known to have become a front for Naxalites, Maoists and Jihadis, and its sustained campaign against the army in Kashmir and in support of secessionists and terrorists in the name of human rights is characteristic of its anti-establishment functioning. It has acted against the governments in Gujarat and Odisha (Kandhamal) in the aftermath of communal riots.
It was reported widely in the media that Kavita Srivastava, secretary, PUCL, and Rajasthan unit’s president, attended the ‘National Political Conference’ in February 2009 in Calicut, organised by ‘Popular Front of India’ (PFI), an amalgamation of Islamic fundamentalist outfits. It is a known fact that the PFI is unleashing terror in Kerala and has started to grow in Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Goa and Uttar Pradesh.
Most PUCL office-bearers are involved in activities helping terrorist and separatist forces in the name of ‘human rights;’ KG Kannabiran, president, PUCL, and ‘celebrities’ like Suzanne Arundhati Roy, have advocated ‘clemency’ for terrorists like Afzal Guru. The organisation gave a tough time to the government and men in uniform, in support of Rajiv Gandhi’s assassins and sandalwood brigand Veerappan’s aides.
On February 6, 2010, the Special Task Force of Uttar Pradesh Police arrested UP-PUCL’s organising secretary Seema Azad, her husband and another woman member for their links with Naxals and Maoists and for allegedly helping them establish a base in Uttar Pradesh.
When Sen’s trial was going on, the prosecution has mentioned about an e-mail sent by Sen’s wife Elina to one Fernandes of ISI. Elina later clarified that the ISI referred to in the mail was “Indian Social Institute”, supposedly a research and advocacy organisation. This “Indian Social Institute” is yet another Christian body, which focusses on de-Hinduising this nation in the guise of Dalit activism, civil liberty and human rights.
This writer is not bringing “Christianity” here without any reasons. Civil Liberty, Human Rights, Dalit Activism, etc, are all Christian concepts and those organisations peddling these concepts are backed by the Church and other Western Christian institutions. For startling facts about these kind of NGOs, readers can access the phenomenal book NGOs, Activists & Foreign Funds Anti-Nation Industry edited by Radha Rajan and Krishen Kak.
Let the nation not forget the perennial insurgency backed by the Church in the north-east resulting in White terrorism! The whole of the north-east has been converted to Christianity within 50 years of Independence and days are not far off for its alienation from India, if the foreign-headed Congress is allowed to continue its ‘hold’ over the country.
The nation has also seen in Kandhamal, Odisha, where Swami Laxmananada Saraswati and his disciples were murdered by Maoists backed by Christian missionaries, and the role played by ‘World Vision’, another Christian organisation in Kandhamal riots is also widely known.
It is not without reason that an array of NGOs has come out in support of Binayak Sen and it is also not without reason that this man has taken to “human right activism” rejecting a “lucrative” career in medicine as claimed by his supporters. The same is the case with the Medha Patkars, Arundhati Roys and scores of other “Bleeding Heart Liberals”, who are backed by alien forces with a sole objective of destroying India.
PUCL claims, “As a matter of policy, the PUCL does not accept money from any funding agency, Indian or foreign. All the expenses are met by the members, the office-bearers, and the activists.” Well, these guys must be filthy rich!
The only solution lies in screening these NGOs, blocking their fund sources, stopping the flow of foreign funds and finally banning them. Once if these johlawallas are severely punished and their organisations dealt with an iron hand, the Naxals, Maoists and insurgents will automatically fall in line.
But, this will not happen, as long as the country is ruled by alien-headed Congress.
